Box Subscription. A new service for people who already know what they want

We talk to our customers often. And there’s one thing they’ve said about a thousand times over the past year: “I love your boxes. What bugs me is that I have to reorder them every month.” So we created a subscription service. Because it just makes sense for how our customers actually live.

How it works
Our box subscription service is nothing complicated. You commit to three months, the boxes arrive three times a week just as you’re used to, and instead of ordering monthly, you set it up once and then it runs on its own.

Three steps:

  1. Fill out a short form. It takes a minute. Tell us which plan and portion size you prefer.
  2. We’ll call you. Within 24 hours. Together, we’ll go over details like allergens, preferences, delivery days, and anything else that needs to be fine-tuned. When someone commits to us for three months in advance, we want to talk to them and set everything up just right.
  3. You eat and save. The boxes arrive just as they always have. You pay monthly via a standard invoice. And on that last one, a pleasant surprise awaits you—a 45% discount.


Now, about that discount
You pay the standard price for the first two months; on the third (and final) invoice, we’ll automatically deduct 45%. No code, no extra conditions. The discount is applied automatically. If you’d like to cancel your subscription early, your eligibility for the discount ends. After three months, your subscription won’t renew automatically. After three months, we’ll call you and ask if you’d like to continue. You can take your time to decide.

Changes? No problem
Your subscription doesn’t tie you down—no need to worry.

Changing your meal plan or portion size? You can do so at any time during those three months. Just let us know before your next delivery.

Going on vacation? We’ll temporarily pause your subscription. Just send us a message so we can arrange it in time.

Delivery?

Exactly the same as before. Three times a week (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings) in Prague, Central Bohemia, Brno, Plzeň, Liberec, Jablonec, and Mladá Boleslav. Or you can pick up your boxes at one of our six pickup locations in Prague.

Who is this for?
