Frequently asked questions
How exactly does the 15% discount work?
For the first two months you pay the standard price for your chosen program. On the third (last) invoice, we automatically deduct 45% of the total amount. No promo code needed — the discount is applied automatically.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
No. You pay monthly — always for the current month. No upfront payment for all 3 months.
Can I cancel before the 3 months are up?
The subscription is a 3-month commitment. If you need to pause (vacation, illness), we can temporarily suspend it — just let us know with enough notice. If cancelled early, the 15% discount benefit is forfeited.
Can I change my program or portion size during the subscription?
Yes. You can change your program, portion size, or number of meals at any time — just contact us in advance. The change takes effect from the next delivery.
What happens after the 3 months end?
The subscription does not auto-renew. After three months, we'll reach out to discuss whether you'd like to continue — and under what terms.
Does delivery work the same as a regular order?
Exactly the same. We deliver 3× per week (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) across Prague and parts of Central Bohemia, Brno, Plzeň, Liberec, and Jablonec. You can also pick up at one of our 6 collection points in Prague.
Is the subscription available for all programs?
Yes. You can activate a subscription for Healthy Balance or Low Carb — in any portion size and number of meals.
