How delivery works

Your meals are delivered 3 times a week — every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday (evening delivery). For morning delivery, it's Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Pick-up point delivery: If you choose a pick-up point, please note there will always be two bags waiting for you.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic. Delivery can be cancelled up to 4 days in advance.

If the courier cannot deliver to your address, the bag will be taken to the depot ProRozvoz — Kostelecká 915, Prague-Čakovice (pink MIKA autobazar building), where you can pick up your boxes between 10:00 and 16:00. You will be notified by SMS once it's there.

Tip: If you're often not home, please add an alternate contact in the order notes, or choose a location where the courier can leave the bags.

Morning delivery – important info

Morning delivery is for the day of consumption. When ordering, please select the day before (the cooking day), not the day you want the meal.

Recommendation: For morning delivery, we recommend choosing a program without breakfast. Food may be delivered outside the time window due to traffic delays we cannot control. If you choose a program with breakfast, the courier may not arrive in time.

If the courier cannot deliver, the bag will be taken to the ProRozvoz depot after the delivery round. Contact us and we'll check if your bag is available for pick-up.
