Do you also delivery outside Prague?

No, but we also deliver to a wide area around Prague. You can find the delivery maps here. If you are located outside the delivery range, you can use one of our pick up points.

 

How do I proceed if I order two programs to one address to pay one shipping charge?

If you are ordering two programs to one address, please make two orders, paying shipping for the first one and choosing any pick-up point with free shipping for the second one, and write in the note that you want to combine shipping with the first order.

 

Can I change the time and place of delivery?
Yes, however, you need to inform us in advance on the logistics or customer service line at least 48 hours before the delivery of your boxes. The exception is Sunday and Monday food preparation, where we need to know the information by 2 pm on Friday at the latest.

 

When will my first meal be delivered after I order?
When you place your order, you specify the date we will first cook and deliver the boxes. But at the earliest, 48 hours from the time of order. This is for the next day's meal. In the case of morning delivery, we will bring the boxes to you on the same day.

Example 1: Today is Sunday, I order the boxes and specify a cooking day of Tuesday with delivery from 17:00 - 22:00. So we will deliver the boxes to you on Tuesday between 17:00 - 22:00 with food on Wednesday.

Example 2: Today is Sunday, I order boxes and specify a cooking day of Tuesday with morning delivery. So we will cook the boxes for you on Tuesday and deliver on Wednesday morning with food for Wednesday.

 

What if the courier can't get to my house or I can't pick up the boxes?

If you do not answer the courier, he will automatically take your boxes after all deliveries or the next morning to the drop-off point Truhlářská 29, Prague 1 - open 24 hours (you need a door code, which will be sent to you after the bag is deposited, or contact customer service or logistics)

You can pick up your boxes at Truhlářská at any time within 48 hours of delivery. If you know you are not available at the address, leave a note with your order in step three for the courier where they can leave the food if necessary, who to pass it to - at the same address. Alternatively, during the order process, fill in a note with an alternate contact who can pick up the boxes for you when you are unavailable.

Delivery can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance.

Please always let us know no later than 2pm the day before preparing the boxes for the following day's meal. The exception to this is Sunday and Monday meal preparation, where we need to know the information no later than 2pm on Friday.

Do you delivery boxes all year round?
Yes! Outside of the Christmas and New Year holidays, we deliver boxes without a break. And if there should be a break, you will know well in advance.v
