Low carb program

The menu for each day may change slightly during the week. We pay the utmost attention to the freshness and quality of our ingredients. Therefore, if any of the ingredients from our suppliers do not meet these criteria, we try to respond as quickly as possible and adjust the menu.

Mo 

Breakfast: Chorizo&eggs scramble. Ajvar. MyChef bread. Cherry tomatoes 

Lunch: . Chicken breast. Cucumber and coriander salad. Mango. Cauliflower Rice. Our chilli crumble ️

Dinner: Grilled hermelin. Mixed crunchy salad. Red onion. Grilled plums. Balsamic dressing. Nuts&seeds.

Snack: Protein shake with vanilla and berries   no allergens 

Dessert: Sugar-free cheesecake. Strawberry & rhubarb sauce  ️‍

 

Tue 

Breakfast: Low-carb Kaiserschmarrn with vanilla sauce & berries ️‍

Lunch: Pulled beef ragu. Pumpkin puree. Broccoli

Dinner: Tortiglioni. Salsiccia, mushrooms, and truffle sauce. Parmesan. Rucola salad 

Snack: Greek salad

Dessert: Raspberry frangipane cake

 

Wed 

Breakfast: Breakfast hash with kale, zucchini & sunny side-up eggs ️‍ 

Lunch: Pulled chicken. Taboulleh. Wild garlic yogurt. Grilled beetroot. MyChef fermented veggies. Chickpeas  

Dinner:. Green pea risotto with shirataki rice. Asparagus. Our stracciatella cheese. Sundried tomatoes 

Snack: Cottage cheese. Roasted grapes. Honey. Walnuts

Dessert: Sugar-free tiramisu 

 

Thu 

Breakfast: Chia seeds pudding bowl (chia seeds pudding with coconut, coconut chips, blueberry jam, fresh fruits)  

Lunch: ‍Asian meatballs. Our hoisin sauce. Fried cauliflower rice with veggies

Dinner: Beluga lentil, leek, and Savoy cabbage stew. Grilled polenta. Pickled apple. Goat cheese

Snack: Pumpkin and ginger soup

Dessert: Chocolate mousse 

 

Fri 

Breakfast: Healthy breakfast bowl (poached eggs, spinach, cheese, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes) ️‍

Lunch: Chicken Buddha bowl (chicken leg, brokoli hummus, rucola, broccoli, marinated radishes, tahini dressing)

Dinner: Pork tenderloin ‘’Stroganoff’’. Low-carb protein pasta. Parmesan. Pickled Onions

Snack: Roasted cauliflower. Pickled pear. Gorgonzola cream. Walnuts

Dessert: Banana bread

 

Sat 

Breakfast: ‘’Carrot cake’’ bread. Mascarpone cream. Dates 

Lunch: Grilled chicken breast. Pepperonata sauce. Zuchinni  Grenaille potato

Dinner:  ️‍Stir-fry veggies with beef flank steak  

Snack: Yoghurt with nuts & berries 

Dessert: Lemon tart
