The menu for each day may change slightly during the week. We pay the utmost attention to the freshness and quality of our ingredients. Therefore, if any of the ingredients from our suppliers do not meet these criteria, we try to respond as quickly as possible and adjust the menu.

Breakfast: Low-carb Kaiserschmarrn with vanilla sauce & berries ️‍

Lunch: Pulled beef ragu. Pumpkin puree. Broccoli

Dinner: Baked chicken leg. Eggplant parmegianna. 

Snack: Chicken soup. Root veggies

Dessert: Raspberry frangipane cake

 

Wed 

Breakfast: Breakfast hash with kale, zucchini & sunny side-up eggs ️‍ 

Lunch: Pulled chicken. Taboulleh. Wild garlic yogurt. Grilled beetroot. MyChef fermented veggies. Chickpeas  

Dinner:. Green pea risotto with shirataki rice. Asparagus. Our stracciatella cheese . Sundried tomatoes

Snack: Garden salad. Parmesan

Breakfast: Chia seeds pudding with berries & almond bread 

Lunch: ‍Asian meatballs. Our hoisin sauce. Fried cauliflower rice with veggies

Dinner: Beluga lentil, leek, and Savoy cabbage stew. Grilled polenta. Pickled apple. Goat cheese

Snack: Pumpkin and ginger soup

Breakfast: Healthy breakfast bowl (poached eggs, spinach, cheese, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes) ️‍

Lunch: Chicken Buddha bowl(chicken leg, brokoli hummus, rucola, broccoli, marinated radishes, tahini dressing)

Dinner: Pork tenderloin ‘’Stroganoff’’. Low-carb protein pasta.Parmesan Pickled onions

Snack: Roasted cauliflower. Pickled pear. Gorgonzola cream. Walnuts

Breakfast: ‘’Carrot cake’’ bread. Mascarpone cream. Dates 

Lunch: Grilled chicken breast. Pepperonata sauce. Zucchini Grenaille potato
