The menu for each day may change slightly during the week. We pay the utmost attention to the freshness and quality of our ingredients. Therefore, if any of the ingredients from our suppliers do not meet these criteria, we try to respond as quickly as possible and adjust the menu.

Breakfast: Slow-cooked eggs Benedict ️‍🔥 with kohlrabi & salad ❄️

Lunch: Chicken legs with baked cauliflower salad 🔥 

Dinner: Little gem salad. Green onion. Cucumber. Grilled hermelin. Herbs&buttermilk dressing. Nuts&seeds

Snack: Veggie sticks with harissa mayonnaise ❄️



Tue 

Breakfast: MyChef Kaiserschmarrn with vanilla sauce & berries ️‍🔥 

Lunch: Pulled beef ragu. Pumpkin puree. Broccoli

Dinner: Antioxidant egg-drop soup with turmeric & ginger - spinach, pak choi & mushrooms ️‍🔥 

Snack: Cucumber salad with chia seeds ❄️



Wed 

Breakfast: Breakfast hash with kale, zucchini & sunny-side-up eggs ️‍🔥 

Lunch: Pork cheeks. Leek sauce. Baked cauliflower. Sundried tomatoes

Dinner: Chicken breast. Celeriac gratin. Pesto. Marinated burnt pepper ️ 

Snack: Greek salad ❄️



Thu 

Breakfast: Chia seeds pudding with berries & almond bread ❄️

Lunch: ‍Asian meatballs. Hoisin sauce. Fried cauliflower rice

Dinner: Broccoli 3 ways (puree, baked, marinated), blue cheese. Veggies salad. sunflower seeds

Snack: Pumpkin and ginger soup

 

 

Fri 

Breakfast: Healthy breakfast bowl (poached eggs, spinach, cheese, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes) ️‍

Lunch: Marinated chicken Buddha bowl(chicken leg, brokoli hummus, rucola, broccoli, marinated radishes, tahini dressing)

Dinner: Pork tenderloin saltimbocca with prosciutto & sage. Mushroom sauce. Baked cauliflower

Snack: Baby spinach, artichokes and parmesan salad

 

Sat 

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs. MyChef bread. Salad

Lunch: Grilled farm salsicia. Pepperonata sauce. Baked eggplant

Dinner: Chicken stir-fry ️‍🔥 

Snack: Yoghurt with nuts & berries ❄️
